By commissioning Nimbus you agree to the following terms of service:1. COMMISSION INFORMATION
a) When commissioning me it is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me all the relevant information about your commission (Including an accurate reference sheet of your character(s) if you so choose).
b) The character(s) that you have provided for the commission should be your own or you should have permission to use (You may use mine as well with permission).2. WORK-IN-PROGRESS UPDATES
a) The first work in progress(wip) update will be given at the completion of the sketch
b) Subsequent updates must be requested (up to a maximum of 3)
c)After the submission of the final artwork there is an opportunity within 24 hours to request minor alterations before payment is processed
d) Payments are required to be submitted in a timely manner through the discussed payment platform with 50% of the total after the first wip and the rest at the completion of the artwork
3. RIGHTS TO THE ART
a) All rights to the artwork belong to me. You are not allowed to reproduce the art for sale or commercial use unless otherwise stated by me and the following conditions are met.
b) To acquire commercial sale and distribution rights you must ask and receive confirmation from me directly and pay an additional 100% of the commission price
c) You are not authorized to heavily edit, trace or reference any of the artwork that I may make for you unless I have given you explicit permission to do so.
d) You do not have permission to use my art in any form of AI generation this includes (but is not exclusive to) Alterations, animations,use in ai training, advertising of an ai generation product4. REFUNDS POLICY
a) Refunds are always available if the piece has not been started. If you change your mind on the commission you are welcome to ask for a refund however, if the commission has been started a fee will be deducted based on how much work has been done.
b) It is not possible to request a refund after the piece has been completed. If a chargeback is made, the client will be blacklisted and blocked while I (Nimbus) withhold the full rights to the artwork.
c) If a commission is voluntarily canceled by me at any point you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the work that has been started on the commission.
d)I hold the right to cancel or refuse any commission regardless of the circumstances of said commission or client.Note: Drawing takes time please be patient with me during the process
